The food was the highlight for us. The buffet isn’t huge, but everything offered was excellent, with a different theme each evening and no disappointing meals. Happy hour runs Monday - Friday from 4 - 6, so it’s worth using. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Arinsal, with beautiful views along most of the route, although part of the walk is on the road. Our room was spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable, apart from three ants in the third-floor bathroom. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We booked the cheapest option for a Crystal Ski Holiday and were genuinely surprised by how good the stay was. We’d come back.

For the price, this place was much better than I expected. The food was good, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the owners and staff made a real effort to look after me and my friends. Arinsal was easy to reach, and the owners provided a useful timetable for the free shuttle up and down the mountain. That shuttle could be unreliable at times, though. Thanks for everything, I’ll definitely be back.

Joel the chef did a fantastic job with our dietary requirements. He explained what we could eat or prepared special meals to match the evening theme, and the food itself was delicious every night. The bar was also a comfortable place to sit, with a warm fire and a good happy hour. Rooms were clean and had plenty of storage, though some looked dated, the walls were thin, and earplugs helped. Reception dealt with problems quickly. The free shuttle usually reached the gondola in about 3 minutes, while walking took around 20mim, and it was mostly on time. There are a few restaurants, shops, and a hotel with a spa in town. Buying 6.5L for 5€ at the hotel was handy. New year entertainment was disappointing, especially the live music and the "Elvis" act, and we never received the promised free cava. Still, the hotel was good value and we would recommend it.

This family-run hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. Everyone spoke English, the staff were polite and attentive, and the bar had a good selection plus an open fire. After a day skiing, the generous buffet breakfast and dinner were especially welcome. The location works well for several resorts: Arinsal is about 10mins away, Pal around 20 mins, and Arcalis roughly 40Mins. Finding parking and getting ski boots on can take longer than some of those journeys. It was my first visit to Andorra and I really loved this little gem.

The staff, food, bar, cleanliness, and warmth were all close to perfect. The only thing I’d complain about is that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hospitality was some of the best I’ve experienced.
