8/10
The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and relaxing, with particularly welcoming staff. Andrés from the bar deserves special thanks, his recommendations were spot on and his service was excellent. The children’s experience was outstanding, so families should find it a strong choice. The weak points were the dining service and the Wi-Fi. Food quality was below what we expected, and during busy periods there weren’t enough plates. On the left side of the 4th floor, the internet connection was also very poor, which made working or staying connected difficult. With better food service and Wi-Fi, this could be an excellent hotel.

The rooms are spacious, and the location makes skiing without a car very easy since the elevator is right nearby. There’s also a kids room with entertainment from 5 to 8, run by a lovely lady who clearly enjoys being around children. The downside is the lack of soundproofing. With so many children in the hotel, evenings and early mornings were quite noisy, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

The evening meal was even better, with a hot buffet that was just what we needed after working hard on the slopes. I’d also disagree with the comments calling breakfast boring. It was superb, with hot cooked buffet food as well as a good continental selection of cold meats, cheese, and similar items. The staff were friendly too. Great HOTEL.

The location is perfect for getting up the mountain, and there’s a bus stop right outside if you don’t have a car. We drove into town for more restaurant options, but it wasn’t essential. The food was good and varied enough to keep my 4 year old son happy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we had a fantastic stay. We’ll 100% return with a bigger group.

Being right beside the ski slopes made this the best ski experience I’ve had. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and they did an incredible job during Christmas 2025. Their dedication has made me eager to stay at this wonderful hotel again.
