Xalet Besoli

The six-minute walk to the gondola was pleasant, passing through the old buildings, and a locker is well worth having. After a day skiing, the spacious rooms and reliable hot water were especially welcome. It was my first visit to Arinsal, and the resort was beautiful, with plenty of snow while we were there. Sandra and Micky had only taken over three weeks earlier, but they were such an endearing couple and couldn’t do enough for guests. The home-cooked three-course food was superb, with lots of choice and some traditional Catalan dishes, while drinks were reasonably priced. We had an amazing time, and the whole team was incredible ✨✨💕💕

Clean, comfortable rooms, tasty food, and very friendly owners made this a really enjoyable stay for four adults and two young children. The accommodation is basic, but it’s good value and in a convenient position. The gondola is uphill from the hotel, so with kids I’d definitely rent a locker at the top. Thanks for having us, Mick and Sandra!

The quiet nights were one benefit of being around 600m from the lifts, although we’d recommend hiring a locker at the gondola. The beds were new and comfortable, and while the rooms are basic, they were clean and gave us a good night’s sleep. Micky and Sandra, along with all the staff, worked incredibly hard and were always willing to help. Breakfast included a cold buffet and hot food, while dinner offered three starters, three mains, and three desserts, including traditional Catalan dishes and occasional specials. We stayed for a week with two adults and two children and would definitely return to the Xalet Besoli.

The warm, comfortable rooms and convenient location made this a fantastic March stay. The food was good, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
