The central location was convenient, and breakfast was the main highlight for me. It wasn't too expensive, and the buffet had a great variety. Our room and bathroom were also spacious. The sink in the room where my boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights was clogged, so the water drained very slowly. I told the staff, but they only said they could try to move us to another room. I decided to stay because that option didn't sound very promising. I wish problems like this could be repaired more quickly.

The receptionist was super helpful, and the rest of the Staffs were the same. The bedroom was comfortable with the Air Conditioning on, and the basic amenities were there. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, though, and slippers aren't provided either. Breakfast runs from 8:00-10:00, which was too late for me because my Spa booking started at 9:00.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Our window didn't close properly, though, so road noise gave us an early start.

The staffs were extremely welcoming and friendly. Since they knew it was our first time visiting Andorra, they took the initiative to point out places to visit. The only real drawback was that the soundproofing was quite poor.

A comfortable hotel in a great spot for exploring town. The room was small, as expected, but the bed was good. Parking was very difficult, although I eventually found free space for my motorcycle. I'm not sure how it qualifies as a 4 star hotel because the facilities feel closer to 2 star level. Still, it was very good value despite the expensive breakfast, which was excellent at €12.5. I'd use it again, since the positives clearly outweigh the negatives.
