The room smelled bad because the sink was stinking. The reception guy was also kind of aggressive and asked me aggressively to pay for one night before checkout. I found the staff unfriendly.

The coffee was good, but the highlight was the best non-alcoholic beer I've had in a long time. 🍻😋👌🔝

The restaurant was a real strength, with extremely good food, a multi-course dinner included in the half board, and plenty of breakfast choices. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable although too warm, and the bathroom had a nice selection of toiletries. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. One person was frustrating, though. While I was trying to understand the dessert menu, they snatched it away and walked off. We still enjoyed our stay.

We arrived on motorbikes completely soaked, and the reception was great. The rooms were very nice with excellent views, and the food was very good as well. Everything about the stay was excellent.

The front receptionist and his dog were the friendly part of the stay. The hotel itself felt no better than a 2-star place. Our room was just okay, with nothing special, and towels weren't left for us, so bring your own. The restaurant was pretty naf, with little choice, and the main waitress was very rude. The spa also disappointed me. It looked like a bubble bath with too many products, and despite being called a spa, it was only a small pool and a sauna.
