Hotel Avanti

The wireless connection was good, but the rooms felt extremely cramped. The beds were only a few centimeters apart, and even the shower was too small. Dinner was the bigger problem. Drinks such as water, tea, and coffee weren't available fresh during the meal unless you paid extra, even though some were available at breakfast. The coffee machine was marked out of order in the evenings, despite working at breakfast. Main courses sometimes arrived 20-30 minutes late, after we'd already started dessert. There was a reasonable range of starters and desserts, but we missed fresh fruit, sausages, and proper eggs, since the boiled eggs seemed several days old. Some plates were dirty too.

The room was so tight that there was barely enough space to walk around the beds. In a four-person room, there wasn't really anywhere to put four suitcases. Breakfast and dinner were decent, but the selection was limited. Also, every drink at dinner costs extra, including water. You can bring your own water, though.

For the price, this is a very decent hotel. The rooms are small, but that seems fair for the cost, and they were clean. Being right in Pas de la casa made the location especially good. Breakfast was included and perfectly reasonable. I'd gladly stay here again.
