The staff were responsive and friendly, but the rest of the stay was difficult. If stairs are a problem, avoid this place, and the pricing is high compared with other options. The apartments vary, but D23 had very old, dirty furniture and didn’t feel clean. The bedroom mattress was rock hard, and the pillows urgently need replacing. They left all of us with neck pain. Whoever installed the towel dryer made a terrible choice. The reception guy also lied about parking availability, which wasn’t nice. We only chose it because there weren’t other options, and I’d only suggest it for a very short stay.

The apartments are friendly, warm, and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. They’d work very well for a longer stay, although a car is necessary because the property is up a very steep hill.

The WiFi works well, and the place has a cute charm. The main problem is the room, which smells strongly of cigarette smoke and was very disturbing for a completely non smoker. The staff can’t really fix that, since the property is officially “non-smoking”.

The view, value for money, and location were all great. El Tarter, part of the Grandvalira ski area, is just around the corner, with several nearby shops renting ski and snowboard equipment, which was exactly what brought us to Andorra. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. They answered our WhatsApp questions quickly, arranged an extension of our stay without trouble, and even helped with international calls after my friend lost their phone. Our rented 2BR apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools needed for a comfortable stay. Getting there can be awkward, especially by public transport. We had to pull our luggage up a steep hill and stairs, so anyone arriving without a car should plan for that.
