Hotel Euroski

The shuttle drivers were always punctual and helpful, which made getting around very easy. The whole team at Euroski Hotel was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Fiona at the bar deserves a special mention. She was welcoming, gave great service and made the evenings more enjoyable. Alonso at the spa was also excellent, making that visit especially relaxing and memorable. It was a genuinely great stay with such a lovely team. I’d definitely return.

The hotel itself was nice, and the bar had a really pleasant atmosphere. The barman was lovely too, although the cocktail Margaritas we ordered were awful. The kids’ playroom needs more attention, and it seemed strange that the spa didn’t open until 1pm. What really let the stay down was the service, especially considering we paid almost 500 a night. Reception ignored us when we arrived and did the same when we tried to check out. There was also very little service generally, nowhere near what we expected for that price.

The main positive was the hotel shuttle to the slopes. The spa itself was pleasant, although wearing a cap was required, and it cost 20 euros per person. At a hotel with such a high price, I expected the spa to be included, as it is in some other hotels. Our room was perfectly nice. The staff were okay, though somewhat slow, and parking supplied by the hotel also costs extra. There were simply a lot of unexpected additional fees.

What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was, from reception and the restaurant servers to the spa manager and shuttle drivers. Alonso, Fiona and Erwin were especially friendly and polite, and they gave us good suggestions for food, drinks and souvenirs. We felt well looked after and enjoyed all the conversation. Hotel Euroski has ski lockers and rental facilities inside the hotel, plus a free shuttle to and from the El Tarter gondola. Marriott members also receive free spa perks during their stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the river that runs through the hotel and the Pyrenees beyond it. My brother and I spent four days and three nights here and had a wonderful time. The service was amazing, and we’d highly recommend it.
