The whole stay was wonderful. Every member of the team, from reception and management to housekeeping, was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, and the food had plenty of variety and tasted delicious. Highly recommended.

Being right on the Corniche and away from downtown’s noise makes this one of my regular choices. Al Ain Palace hotel has a charming old-school UAE atmosphere, and since the building is over 142 years old, staying there feels a little like stepping into history. The rooms are kept very clean. Special thanks to Sohail, who worked around my schedule and kept everything tidy.

While we were stranded in Abu Dhabi from the 1st of March because of the war situation, this hotel gave us a place to stay through the morning of the 5th. Abu Dhabi tourism covered the bill, so we didn’t have to pay from our own pocket. Mazhar, Aneesh and Lucy were especially polite and respectful, and made the hotel feel like a home away from home while everyone outside was tense.

The pool was huge and became one of the best parts of our stay, we enjoyed it so much. Our room was also very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a perfect location close to Park. Mr. Ameer was especially kind and helpful. The four of us, two couples, had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.

Things were handled quickly from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the staff stayed friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and was very comfortable. I was genuinely satisfied with the service and would gladly return.
