The hotel is convenient and can meet your needs while travelling, but the cleanliness was unpleasant. The floors were dirty and sticky, and there were fingerprints all over the toilet roll holder. The interior is also very dark and needs an upgrade toward natural light and earth-tone colors. At the pool, I believe there should be a dress code in this Muslim country, and bikinis should not be allowed.

Although the rooms were clean and spacious, the service was pathetic. There was no hot water for my bath, nobody helped, and they did not even provide drinking water. The front desk staff also hardly knew how to explain reaching Abu Dhabi’s tourist spots by public transport. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The room was large and included a living room, which was the one good part. Breakfast was very poor, and they even wanted to charge me for a basic black coffee. When we checked in, I stepped outside while my wife went to the washroom. She heard a noise and assumed it was me, but staff had entered the room to place an extra bed that we had never requested.

The room was dirty, including stool stains on the toilet seat. After many complaints and repeatedly insisting on a change, they finally moved me, as though giving me a clean room was a favor, but the replacement toilet seat was dirty in the same way. It was also too cold and there was no heater. The reception staff, including ranjet, bandi, ayie and a male cleaner, were unfriendly and shouted when speaking. I requested extra water, tea, and towels, but after more than 10 calls they supplied only some items and ignored the others. I plan to complain to consumer rights because I did not pay to stay in a dirty room or deal with staff who shout.
