Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana

Our flights were cancelled because of the situation in the Middle East, so we have been staying at Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi since February 28, along with many other travelers who couldn't leave the United Arab Emirates. The whole team at Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana Hotel has made this unexpected extension comfortable and stress-free. The receptionists and other staff have been kind, professional, and supportive. Elsa has been especially helpful, extending our stay every afternoon with great care. I also want to thank the Armenian gentleman, whose last name I believe is Adjemian, for all his support. We are also very grateful to the Government of Abu Dhabi. Our full-board stay has been covered, which shows real care, responsibility, and hospitality toward visitors. Thanks a lot. I was impressed by how warm and helpful the staff were throughout the stay. Breakfast was especially enjoyable thanks to @Ali and @Asha, who were always ready to help and communicated with such a friendly smile. Their hospitality really made our mornings better. It was a fantastic hotel experience overall, and I'd gladly stay here again.

The hotel is centrally placed, so getting to the main spots is very easy. Ma’am Elsa at the front desk was particularly accommodating. We also enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast at 50% off. It was a really nice stay, and I'll surely come back. Highly recommded! 💯

The room was clean and very good, and the staff were friendly and amazing. I was initially assigned a different room, but the hotel provided a complimentary dinner, which was nice. Elango from valet parking was very professional and had my car ready whenever I called. Latifa at reception was also friendly and professional. I'd recommend this place for a business trip.
