Al Riyadh Hotel Apartment

Choosing these serviced apartments turned out to be a great experience. The apartments were well maintained and very clean, creating a peaceful and comfortable stay. The reception team was especially helpful and cooperative, and the service was outstanding.

The room has plenty of space, the cleaning is excellent, and the staff are attentive. Getting around is the difficult part because the property is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. You'll need a car, since taxis are very expensive.

We made this reservation several months ahead for the dates we needed, but less than two weeks before arrival we were told by email that it could no longer be honored. We later found out the weekend was in high demand and the reservation had apparently been sold again at a higher rate. That left us scrambling for a place during an extremely busy weekend. I wouldn't consider this good customer service.

Even though we booked and paid in February, our reservation was cancelled a week before arrival because the hotel said it was overbooked. Now we're left trying to find alternative accomodation during a very busy weekend. Disgraceful treatment, I would avoid this hotel.
