Aloft Abu Dhabi

The spacious, spotless room and well-kept pool were a great part of our stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi, but the service made the bigger impression. Larbi gave us a warm, professional welcome at reception, and Murad was especially attentive whenever we needed food or drinks. Glow restaurant was a highlight. The food was delicious, and Murad’s recommendations and careful table setup were the perfect finishing touch. We also enjoyed the evening snacks at WXYZ, although the service there could be improved a little to match the rest of the hotel. The service overall felt 5-star, and we had a wonderful visit. We’d definitely come back.

The F&B breakfast team on February 28th deserves a big thank you, as does the cheerful omelet chef and the housekeeping team member on the 5th floor who helped us from late February into early March. We never caught his name, but he was very jolly and reminded us of a tall Kevin Hart. Their kindness made things easier and happier, especially compared with a few less positive interactions. We hope management encourages that same standard across the whole team. We spent about three weeks here on business, during a tense period in the region, and the hotel remained large, clean, and convenient. The gym had modern equipment, there was an outdoor pool and bar, and the food suited international guests. During Ramadan, the full international breakfast buffet was available, although I’m not sure whether that is offered outside Ramadan. The hotel is around 20 minutes from Yas Island by taxi, with laundry services and grocery stores within walking distance. The Duty Managers were very attentive, and we would consider staying here again in Abu Dhabi.

The room at Aloft Abu Dhabi was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, and the welcome chocolates and fruit were a lovely surprise. The staff were warm from the start. I had contacted the hotel that morning to ask about leaving my luggage before check-in, and they replied quickly and kindly. The pool area was fantastic, especially thanks to Morade’s great service. Brick Restaurant was another highlight, with open-air dining and a lovely view. I only wish I’d booked more than one night. I’d happily return and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The friendly staff were the best part of my stay at Aloft Hotel. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, smiling, and quick to handle anything I needed. The property itself is modern, clean, and has a nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed the restaurant, both for its delicious food and comfortable setting. I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to people visiting the area, and would gladly stay again.
