Traveling with our young toddler felt easy at Andaz Capital Gate because everyone took such thoughtful care of us. The chefs made special efforts for our little one, and every plate was happily and thoroughly cleaned by our munchka 😄 The rooms were elegant, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. Their quality amenities gave us a calm, comfortable place to recover after busy days. Dining was excellent everywhere, from the generous buffet breakfast and cozy lobby lounge to the smooth in-room dining and unforgettable Cyan experience. The bellmen, front desk, concierge, housekeepers, servers, pool attendants, and chefs were all polite, caring, and highly professional. Their warmth made us feel genuinely pampered, even a little spoiled. A flawless 5-star stay, and we can’t wait to return.

After spending many stressful hours at the airport on 28 February because our flight to London was delayed, we were finally arranged accommodation at Andaz Capital Gate Hotel. We had been transiting through Abu Dhabi, and the tense situation in the UAE made the delay even more worrying. The hotel completely changed our mood. From reception to the restaurant team, every staff member was professional, attentive, and amazing. The hotel also generously covered all our meals for 2 two days, and we’re sincerely grateful for that care. It was our first time in the UAE, and the experience gave us wonderful memories. We will definitely come back.

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi by Hyatt was a great choice for my business trip. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, practical stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with high-quality options, and the restaurant team was proactive about checking on guests without being called. The hotel’s architecture is iconic, both outside and inside, while the creative modern design makes it feel different from the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling, which created a positive atmosphere throughout. One small improvement would be starting breakfast at 6:30 AM instead of 7:00 AM, since the location attracts many business travelers who leave early. Still, it’s a fantastic hotel, especially for business visitors to Abu Dhabi, and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my recent brunch at LEAN. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well balanced, with ingredients that tasted genuinely high quality. Everything looked beautiful too, and the meal felt healthy without being unsatisfying. The space is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. It’s definitely one of my favorite brunch spots, and I can’t wait to return.
