Mariam, Chaimaa, and Iman gave me a warm welcome and were professional, thoughtful, and willing to help with every request. Their attention made a real difference during my stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel. I also want to recognize Supervisor Rodette for her leadership and dedication to guest service. Manager Heytham deserves sincere appreciation too, his commitment to high standards is clear throughout the hotel. The hospitality was excellent from arrival through departure, and the entire team made my stay memorable. Bab Al Qasr Hotel offers comfort, luxury, and outstanding customer service in Abu Dhabi, and I highly recommend it.

Eslam Ahmed from the food service team made my open buffet experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel even better. He was polite, attentive, and always serving with a genuine smile. His professionalism and positive attitude made us feel welcome and valued. Team members like Eslam really do make a difference. I highly recommend the open buffet and look forward to returning soon.

This was already my second visit, and I was able to properly relax and switch off again. The room was comfortable and beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I especially liked the Rosemary restaurant. The food had great flavors, and the atmosphere was very cozy. The service, overall atmosphere, and attention to detail were all just right. I’ll definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay.

What stayed with us most was the kindness of the staff, especially Louis at the front desk. We arrived in Abu Dhabi after a very long night of travel with an exhausted and distressed baby. Early check-in wasn’t initially available, but once the team understood our situation, Louis took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and made sure we were comfortable. Our baby settled and slept peacefully right away, which meant everything to us. The room was quiet, beautiful, and very comfortable. The mattress was extremely comfortable too, and the fresh, soft, high-quality bedding made a huge difference after the journey. The beach and facilities were excellent as well. We stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel for two nights and felt cared for throughout. The professionalism and human touch made the visit special, and we’d gladly return. Highly recommended for families traveling with young children.
