The deposit was the biggest problem. I paid 2000 AED, left the apartment as I found it, and still never received the money back. Nobody answers now. Before that, the address was wrong and I waited 3 hours there before getting any response. Their phone number was no help either, so I had to contact booking.com customer support to reach the host. I had a very bad experience and don't recommend booking here.
