Bloomfields Cozy STU Reflection Tower A

This is a nice tower with good views, and it stays pretty quiet outside of traffic peak hours. My only suggestion for the maintenance team would be to install bird spikes along the glass edge near the pool. Dozens of birds sit there in the morning, leaving the glass dirty. Apart from that, everything is great.

It’s a brand new building in a modern area that feels quiet and safe.

Ms. Manal from the management office deserves special appreciation. She’s consistently professional, responsive, and sincerely focused on keeping residents comfortable and satisfied. Her effort really stands out, and she goes above and beyond. Thank you for helping make Reflection a great place to live.

I’m not reviewing the tower itself. I was there to deliver something to a friend who lives in the building, and the visit was unnecessarily difficult. I had to knock and wait outside in the heat for quite a while because the receptionist at the front desk wasn’t paying attention and responded very slowly. I noticed the same treatment of a food delivery driver who arrived after me. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.
