The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Since we got there early, they kindly arranged an early check-in, and they were just as helpful when we were leaving. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with what we needed. I’d happily recommend it to visitors looking for an easy and pleasant stay. Thank you to the team.

My stay with otolo homes came with a couple of apartment problems. The shower head would not stay in position, and the standing shower door and plumbing allowed water to escape onto the floor. The air-conditioning temperature was also fixed, so there was no way to adjust or change it.

Water edge was a great choice for our trip. The team on site was friendly and supportive, and getting to the different activities was easy. I’d definitely recommend it to families and other tourists.

This is an extremely noisy building. False fire alarms went off constantly, sometimes three or four times in one morning, and the alarm is inside the rooms, not only in the corridors. There was also loud construction outside my building and aircraft noise from planes taking off and landing. The bathroom drains smelled, and although I asked about it, nothing was done. 🥹
