The building is peaceful and pleasant, and the internal maintenance team has been efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, renting through agents, especially Providential Properties Management, was a major problem. They generally ignore reported issues, keep sending matters back and forth, and fail to resolve them. Most seriously, they do not refund the security deposit regardless of the condition in which the property is returned. If possible, deal directly with the building management and avoid this agency.

I absolutely loved this apartment and would come back when visiting Yas Island again. Yas plaza is only 3 minutes walking away, and the shuttle buses pick up there too. Carrefour is 30 meters away. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and the price was very reasonable for the season. There are 3 swimming pools suitable for the whole family, including kids, as well as parking and a gym. I highly recommend it.
