What really improved my stay was the service. Room service and housekeeping were consistently amazing, with everything kept clean, organized, and carefully handled. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Manzo deserves a special thank you. She was friendly, dedicated, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. Highly recommended. ⭐️

For work near the convention center, this is a comfortable hotel, though I probably wouldn't choose it for a family stay. The individual staff members were excellent, polite, and helpful. There were management problems with our half-board arrangement and the dining choices. Breakfast was fine, and room service was good. Rachana, who handled my room service, was fantastic, while Ronald and Farajia at the front desk were especially good.

The food was excellent, with good quality, attractive presentation, and nicely balanced flavors. Mustafa and Sanawllah also made the meal stand out through their professional, attentive service. They were helpful without being intrusive and kept everything running smoothly. The setting is modern, elegant, and carefully put together, so it works equally well for a relaxed meal or a special dinner. A memorable dining experience for residents and visitors to Abu Dhabi.

Being able to walk straight across the street to the exhibition center was incredibly convenient, and there were supermarkets within walking distance too. The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and valet parking was available. We accidentally booked three rooms instead of two, but a helpful receptionist whose name started with F, I think, cancelled the extra room free of charge. Breakfast was amazing as well. We had a great stay during sustainability week and would come back next year for another exhibition.
