We stayed five nights as a family of five in twin and double interconnecting rooms on the 43rd floor, with fantastic views and generous space. The pool was large, and even when busy, the sunbathing area never felt too crowded. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, including Dubai chocolate croissants. The hotel is close to restaurants and the Corniche, with a Monoprix supermarket and a small mall at the bottom of the tower. Taxis and Uber arrived within a few minutes, and it was about 35mins to the Yas Island theme parks and 20mins to Louvre. The attentive staff made the whole break memorable.

Housekeeping Supervisor Talat was active, friendly, and always ready to help, which added a lot to our stay. The room remained spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, while the towels were fresh, clean, and replaced regularly. My family had a wonderful experience, and Talat’s professionalism contributed greatly to it. We appreciate the service and look forward to returning.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and every staff member I met was welcoming, respectful, professional, and genuinely concerned about customers. Hamza was especially supportive and helpful, while Pankaj went above and beyond whenever assistance was needed. I’m avoiding listing more names only because the whole team deserves recognition. It’s unusual to find service quality this consistently high. This was one of my best experiences, I highly recommend the place, and I’ll absolutely return.

Nadeesh from the pool bar made our stay especially enjoyable. He kindly recommended his signature cocktail, galle tropical paradise, which he created and named after his country city, galle. It was fantastic, and I completely loved it. He also served us with great kindness. Thank you for everything, we’ll be back soon.

The room at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers was huge, beautifully designed, and supplied with every amenity we needed, so we felt comfortable right away. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional, and every request was handled perfectly. The concierge team helped us throughout the visit, with Mavin standing out for his kindness, professionalism, and support. That level of service is rare and made the stay even more special.
