Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is cozy and beautifully designed, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm and the service was of a very high level. We had a problem with payment for our booking through an external service. The payment became stuck, and its support team was not helpful. Hotel manager Ritha stepped in, contacted the support team, guided us through every stage, and did everything possible to resolve it. We’re sincerely grateful for his care, professionalism, and dedication. We also received a lovely double room that was thoughtfully arranged. A special thanks to Lethi as well, because people like him can make a hotel stay unforgettable.

The view was beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were helpful. We stayed during the attack of Iran, and the team made us feel safe and welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The bellman was the only person who stood out positively, being respectful, helpful, and professional. Everything else felt seriously lacking in hospitality. The receptionist refused to accept my small parcel the day before my stay, even though I gave my booking reference, and said there was no space. When I explained that I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known, he answered, “Yes, you shouldn’t.” Check-in and checkout were both cold and unfriendly. The room was very old, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. I called reception for more than 30 minutes about my luggage, but nobody answered. When I mentioned it at the desk, the staff showed no concern. A very disappointing experience overall.

The room was acceptable, and having breakfast was a plus, although it felt quite old. The facilities were limited, with only water and tea provided, and no toothpaste, toothbrush, or other amenities. Check-in and checkout were quick.
