Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center Abu Dhabi

The lunch buffet at Bistro was a real delight, and the lady at the hotel reception was super sweet, although I unfortunately forgot to ask her name. Farhan did an exceptionally amazing job at the WTC Marriott @ Al Saadiyat Meeting Room and made sure the setup was right. Renalyne also supported us effortlessly with the booking and all the event arrangements. We really appreciated the Marriott staff’s hospitality and hope to hold many more events there.

The location was highly convenient and well connected, so getting around was easy. Breakfast also impressed me, with plenty of choices for different cuisines and tastes. The rooms were neat, impeccably clean, and comfortable, but the staff were the real highlight. From reception to every other department, they were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely courteous. I’d happily recommend this hotel.

The convenient location made my first trip to Abu Dhabi especially enjoyable. Courtyard by Marriott in Abu Dhabi handled everything smoothly, from the easy check-in to the extended checkout time they arranged when we requested it, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room had everything we needed, and the staff were very courteous. Special thanks to Nishant at reception and Baphi at dining. Highly recommended, and thank you.

The team made our stay genuinely memorable, especially with the beautiful setup arranged by Gayagi and Manoj. It was prepared with such care and made the experience feel even more special. Daniella was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I also want to thank the night-shift HK staff member whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. He brought our request to the room with a warm smile and great professionalism. The service was exceptional, and we’re truly grateful. We look forward to returning.
