The location is excellent for the theme parks and the major shopping centre, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their valet service was especially good. The room setup did miss some details, though, such as a cup for the toothbrushes and a tower at the pantry. Even so, I enjoyed my three-night stay.

We enjoyed the three-night stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, although adjusting the air-conditioner temperature was a little difficult. Staff were generally warm, especially with our children, and the bag and parking teams were polite, helpful, and informative. A few things needed clearer handling. At check-in, the night front desk staff said breakfast would be cheaper if paid for at the desk rather than the restaurant. Because the kids were exhausted, we went to rest and planned to decide the next day. We were then told the lower rate only applied if we committed to breakfast for the entire stay. That condition hadn’t been explained clearly, and it seemed strange that one-night guests could use the rate while longer-stay guests had to pay for every day. Cookies were another small issue. They were advertised, but we weren’t offered any and only found out about them by chance on our last night. When we asked for some for the children, the same front desk staff told us to collect them at checkout. These points could be improved through better consistency and clearer information, but they didn’t stop us from enjoying the stay. Kudos to the team for their efforts.

Wael, Alex, and Mostafa made the brunch especially memorable with their kindness, professionalism, and flexibility. At Sunglo M in DoubleTree by Hilton, the facilities created a comfortable setting, while the food was excellent in both quality and variety. The service stayed exceptional from beginning to end. It was one of the best brunches we’ve had, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended! 🙌🍽️✨

Frank was a great help from the moment we arrived, welcoming us and offering useful suggestions about the area. The hotel itself was very clean, the service was great, and the staff were friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.
