We left after just one night because the hotel was in poor condition. The building was old and needed updating, the room furniture was worn, and the place was dirty. Several appliances didn’t work properly, the bed was uncomfortable, and the internet was weak and only available in one area. It was also noisy. We had intended to stay several nights, but when we asked for a refund for the unused nights, the hotel first refused. Our booking platform helped us recover that money, and the hotel later sent an apology email. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel given its condition and the problems we faced. Edit: They later apologized to us personally by e-mail and promised to solve the problems.

This is a very pet-friendly hotel with large, fully equipped apartments. I stayed for six weeks with my cats and felt comfortable and safe. The staff were very friendly, and Mr. Ahmed was especially respectful and kind. Thank you for the pleasant time I had there.

This is a standard, older hotel, not a luxury property or even a one-star hotel. The room and its contents clearly showed their age, and the cleanliness could be better. During my week there, I noticed that housekeeping also handled maintenance in the room. Still, the staff were amazing and very kind, especially Jennica, who was extremely humble.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, even though there were no-smoking signs. If you want to come out smelling like smoke, this is the place for u. 🤷🏻♂️

We booked this room because there were no other dog-friendly hotel options. It was tidy when we arrived, but the furniture hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed properly, and we found bed bugs. The price was far too high for the condition. To make things worse, the receptionist caused problems with visitors I had already asked permission for and received approval for. It was extremely embarrassing.
