Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi

When the US-Israel-Iran situation disrupted our travel plans, Etihad Airways arranged this hotel for us that same day. During a stressful time, everything was handled smoothly and we felt safe. The spacious rooms were beautiful, comfortable, clean, and secure, with good connections throughout the property. Service was a major strength, from reception and room service to the restaurant team, with plenty of warm staff available to help. Our meals included late-night dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the fresh food had lots of variety. Abdullah at the breakfast buffet was especially attentive and professional. This felt like a high-value choice for families, children, and other travelers, and we’re very grateful for the stay.

The team at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi made me feel genuinely looked after. When I raised a concern about my room, they changed it immediately without hesitation, which showed that they took my feedback seriously. The hotel manager was also very thoughtful. When I mentioned that the lobby felt cold while I was sitting there, he personally lowered the air conditioning right away. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were consistently attentive and professional. Thank you to everyone for such a comfortable stay.

The team handled the emergency alert earlier in the day calmly and professionally, reassuring everyone about our safety. That helped us relax and enjoy our Iftar. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the service was attentive and kind. Thank you to the whole team for making the evening special.

Haider at reception made a particularly good impression. He answered all my questions patiently, made check-in quick and easy, and helped me feel comfortable. Across the property, the lobby was well maintained, the atmosphere was elegant, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were polite, professional, and ready to help. The attention to detail and overall service felt five-star, and I’d happily return.
