Emirates Plaza is convenient for getting around because buses and taxis are easy to find, and the staff in every department stand out for their service. The rooms are decent, and help is usually available quickly. The buffet is average, while parking becomes difficult at busy times. There are many pubs and nightlife venues nearby, so weekends can be noisy and sleep may suffer. The centralised AC also means smoke from someone in another room can become a headache, although reception will help if you report it. It can work for professionals, short stays, and people who want nightlife, but families seeking a calm setting should look elsewhere.

We reserved a standard room and were kindly upgraded to a suite. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The reception team and the rest of the staff were polite, professional, and exceptionally helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

I had to make a short-notice booking in the spring, and the stay turned out wonderfully. When my phone charger stopped working one evening and the battery was nearly empty, the man at reception let me use his charger, which I really appreciated. The hotel is in a good location near the center, with lots of interesting people around, especially at night.
