Anne’s professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality made the stay even more welcoming. The seating areas were elegant and comfortable, while everything was clean, organized, and maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere, the service, and every moment of the overall experience. It was wonderful from arrival onward, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

Shamin at the reception desk made me feel comfortable and welcome, and his service and conversation were 10/10. The staff also helped with everything from my bags to room service. Since it was my birthday, receiving a cake added a lovely personal touch. Grand Millennium - Al Wahda had a huge room and bathroom, a pool with an amazing view, and perfect food. Abu Dhabi is full of amazing people, and I’m glad I chose this hotel. I can’t fault the luxury and comfort, and I’ll recommend it and stay again next time I’m in Abu Dhabi. 🤩

Nadeem was incredibly kind and supportive, making sure we had everything we needed while we were unexpectedly stranded in Abu Dhabi. His help made a stressful situation much easier. The hotel room was spotless and well maintained, and the restaurant served delicious food with great service. I became unwell while travelling alone, and the entire team at Grand Millennium Al Wahda treated me with warmth, gentleness, and genuine compassion. Their care made a frightening and difficult time feel safe and supported, and I will always be grateful to DM Ahmed, the managers, and every member of staff who looked after me. The hotel was excellent and the service outstanding, but it was the team’s humanity and sincerity that stood out most. I’m keeping the staff and their families in my prayers during the current crisis in Iran and hope they remain safe and protected. Thank you again. Best wishes & thanks, Fergus Thoms.

The rooftop pool and a workout in the big new gym helped balance all the food I ate during my stay. It was so delicious that I think I gained 5 kilos or so in 3 days. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel, and the staff were an amazing example of true hospitality. Nadeem was especially cute, attentive, and sincere. Thank you!
