Hala Arjaan by Rotana

Our room at Hala Arjaan by Rotana was enormous, spotless, and so comfortable that it felt more like a small apartment. The food was also delicious, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Arron, who deserves a special thank you. We stayed for a week during a difficult period because of the political situation in the UAE, and the hotel gave us a real sense of safety and comfort. From arrival onward, the whole team was kind, professional, and supportive, which made a stressful time much easier. We’re very thankful for the care and warm hospitality. Hala Arjaan by Rotana is a place we can highly recommend in Abu Dhabi.

After staying at this hotel for a month, I especially want to recognize Chef Arron. He is consistently polite, friendly, respectful, and genuine with guests. His honest and professional approach is noticeable, and he takes time to listen to feedback and help people feel comfortable. That kind of sincerity is uncommon and adds real value during a long stay. Highly appreciated.

The staff made my stay at Hala Arjaan By Rotana especially memorable. Dinesh, the housekeeping supervisor, kept my room spotless and handled my requests with impressive attention to detail. Dipendra was friendly and always ready to help, while Dino at reception greeted me warmly and assisted with every inquiry. Their care and hospitality were outstanding. I highly recommend the hotel for its attentive staff and strong service.

My one-bedroom room was superb, with 75 m2 of space, a large comfortable bed, huge wardrobes, and extra cupboards. The rain shower and hand shower were both a great feature. It’s a great hotel with excellent staff, and a special shout-out to my current cleaner Sanjila, who has been very helpful.
