Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Resort

I’m still staying at Hilton Abu Dhabi, and so far the property has been elegant, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My room is comfortable, while housekeeping and room service have handled every request efficiently and professionally. Most of the staff have also been warm, gracious, and attentive. One interaction felt different from the rest. At the theme park counter, Lance seemed noticeably warmer and more accommodating with some guests than with others. It may not have been intentional, but the difference was perceptible and felt out of place in an otherwise welcoming hotel. I’m sharing this while the stay is ongoing so management is aware. Apart from that brief encounter, the experience has been excellent, and Hilton Abu Dhabi remains somewhere I’d gladly return to and recommend.

We’re currently on a 9 night stay with two adults and two children aged 12 and 15, and we’re having the best time. The service was lovely from the moment we arrived by taxi, with friendly, smiling, helpful staff and a smooth check-in. Our two-bedroom suite is perfect for the family, and housekeeping has kept it sparkling every day. We chose half board, and the meals have been outstanding. The buffet is huge, the choices change daily, and I’d definitely recommend the upgrade. The pool area is nice and the views are lovely. Our room included park tickets, and because we booked a suite we also have access to the lounge, which we’ve used a couple of times. It’s been a 10/10 experience, and we’ll recommend Hilton and come back. Thank you Hilton 😊

Hilton in Yas Island was a great base for our family vacation. The location puts you close to the main attractions and only a short drive from the airport, with plenty of food and restaurant choices nearby. Our room had a good layout, and the sofa bed gave the family extra comfort. The staff were friendly, responded to our requests with a smile, and made the service feel easy. The pool was also a hit with our kiddos. Highly recommend it for a visit to Abu Dhabi.

Osmo Lounge is a lovely place to catch up with friends or meet for business. It has a delightful menu, good food choices, and freshly brewed coffee. The outside area looks over the pool and is a relaxing spot to sit. The hotel is well situated and has a spacious, welcoming lobby, along with plenty of underground parking. Don’t miss the avocado toast and poached eggs, they’re awesome.
