Jannah Executive Hotel Apartments

Room 808 was fantastic during my stay on March 4th. Miss Apsara from housekeeping kept everything spotless and perfectly organized, while Miss Aarthi from the Abigael restaurant reception also did an outstanding job. I really appreciated the meticulous attention to detail. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The airspace closing in EUA left us dealing with cancelled flights and a very chaotic situation, but the hotel management handled things amazingly. The workers were extremely kind and kept trying to help us reduce the stress. Abigail and Arati were always smiling and helpful, and Afzaal was a lively, lovely waiter. The food was excellent too, and the cookers did a masterful job. We hope to get home soon, but the people there made this difficult experience much better.

My room, 1410, was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a beautiful sea view. It was well maintained and comfortable throughout the visit, while the calm atmosphere made the stay relaxing. Check-in was smooth as well. I’m especially grateful to Asma at the front desk (from Tunisia). She was welcoming, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Her kindness genuinely improved the experience, and I’d happily recommend the hotel and return.

The staff took such good care of us, and everything was well set up. There was good food with plenty of options, and the desserts are definitely worth trying. Ms. Abigael and Ms. Aarati greeted us warmly and looked after all our needs. Unbelievable hospitality, and I’d highly recommend staying here.
