Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Hotel from 26 May to 31 May was one to remember. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, the food was excellent, and every staff member made a real effort to look after us. Margaret, the Director of F&B, deserves special thanks for checking on us and helping us extend our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant a lot. We’re also grateful to Executive Chef Abu, Chef Mahesh and the team for the exceptional meals and extra attention. Saliya looked after us wonderfully around the pool and during dining, while Vanessa made every interaction special and brought lots of laughter 😃. In fact, everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and dedicated to giving us a great experience. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely return. Thank you to the whole team 😊 ❤️

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and cooperative, which made us feel comfortable from the start. Mr. Noman from the pastry section deserves particular recognition. He was exceptionally kind and attentive with my kids and family, and his warm manner made a lasting impression. His service added a lot to an already outstanding visit. I’d give the experience 5 stars and thank the entire team for making it so enjoyable. We look forward to staying again.

Bek made check-in an excellent start by giving us a free room upgrade. The buffet breakfasts and dinners had an abundant, fresh international selection, and the omelettes cooked to order were delicious. After a day at the beach, it was a pleasure to return to a room cleaned to perfection. We also met Girgis, the manager of the Arabic cuisine restaurant, who treated us to a wonderful authentic Arab pistachio kunafa with homemade ice cream, shown in the last picture. We can’t wait to come back.

Arshad deserves special praise for his work around the beach and pool. He is consistently helpful, welcoming, and friendly, with a positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable. He pays close attention and often seems to anticipate what people need before they ask. His courteous, professional service helps create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Arshad, for your dedication. Employees like you make a stay feel truly special.
