Luxury duplex in Raha lofts

The only real drawback is the tower exit. Apart from that, this is probably the best place in the Raha Beach Area. The neighborhood is good, the service is simple and excellent, and the gym is very large. The swimming pool is also very very good compared with the other towers nearby. I have been staying here for 3 years, and the positive points outweigh the exit issue.

The move-out deductions from my deposit were disappointing and didn't seem fair or consistent with the apartment's condition. I had reported several problems when I moved in, but they were not properly recorded despite my communication. Future tenants should document every detail at both move-in and move-out. Unfortunately, I trusted the inspection process and that trust was misplaced.

The place and management are good, but the country's traffic controls feel excessive. You can receive two speeding tickets within just 2 minutes, which is less time than it takes to slow down to the correct speed.

Living here has been extremely difficult. The pipes keep bursting, there are water leaks, and the maintenance teams are so poor that they sometimes make the problems worse instead of fixing them. The alarm goes off twice a day and can also start in the middle of the night. In terms of maintenance and alarms, this is the worst apartment we have rented in UAE. Please don't rent in this building, or even from reportage properties.
