The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, while housekeeping responded quickly whenever we needed help. That made the whole stay relaxed and stress-free. At Marriott Executive Apartments in Abu Dhabi, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We really appreciated the hospitality and high level of service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and would gladly stay there again.

The staff were pleasant, but the hotel maintenance needs attention. For 5 of 7 days, one of the 2 elevators was out of service. The shower temperature kept changing from super hot to ice cold, the washing machine malfunctioned, and the tub drain was broken. Staff couldn’t repair the drain. I also asked 4 times for my bonvoy account to be credited, and that still hasn’t happened.

Sayida made our meal at the Marriott restaurant especially memorable. She was kind, attentive, and careful about every detail, with a warm smile and genuine concern for our experience. The apartment was fantastic, with five-star service throughout. Glenda at the breakfast buffet was especially friendly and even taught us a few Filipino words. Meeting Erit Triana was another lovely surprise, and Erit made checkout feel extra special. Terima kasih banyak Erit dan sukses selalu 🙏🙏🙏
