Metropolitan Al Mafraq Hotel

The whole team made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help, but I especially want to mention Miss Shrijana from the kitchen team. She was kind, cooperative, and attentive throughout my visit, and her positive attitude and excellent service made the experience even better. I truly appreciate her dedication and the hospitality of the entire team.

Our family is gradually making this hotel our usual staycation choice. The classic, simple style may differ from newer modern hotels, but the facilities are very family-friendly, from the spacious pool-facing rooms and large gym to the Spa, restaurants, cafe, Shisha place for watching football, and Paddle Court. Breakfast is pretty good as well. The staff are consistently helpful, and Dorra and Maribel at reception were especially professional. They went beyond the basics to make us feel welcome and help with whatever we needed. One suggestion for management concerns the stoves in the rooms. A main switch to turn them on or off would reduce the risk of guests or children accidentally switching them on.

During our one month here, the hotel felt almost like home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the pool and gym were especially beautiful. The service was amazing from the managers and reception team to room service. Everyone was kind and helpful, which made the experience feel very special. I hope to return in the future and would definitely choose this hotel for my next holiday. Highly recommended!

The visit to Mafraq Restaurant was easy and enjoyable. Our food arrived quickly, and it was fresh and full of flavor.
