The Iftar buffet had an impressive range, combining traditional Ramadan dishes with international food. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Even with the restaurant busy, the staff remained quick, friendly, and professional. Mr. Bishal deserves a special mention for being particularly attentive, welcoming, and professional. It was a wonderful Iftar experience.

Htet The waitress made the experience especially memorable through her polite, respectful manner and constant smile. She responded quickly, paid close attention to detail, and clearly cared about guests feeling comfortable. Her positive attitude showed both professionalism and genuine enjoyment of her work. She was doing more than simply completing her duties, she created a real sense of welcome and care. People who provide this kind of service deserve sincere thanks because they strengthen the hotel's reputation and present such a sophisticated image. I wish her continued success and prosperity.

The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere, and our room was clean. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every meal, the food was exceptional. The best part was easily the skypool on the 21th floor, with its stunning view. The gym on the 20th floor was another highlight because it also offered a fantastic city view. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, Dilki and her colleagues were always available to help.

Khin, the room attendant, took excellent care of us during the stay. Our room was consistently spotless, comfortable, and well prepared, and his attention to detail helped us feel relaxed and welcome. Yu, the team leader, also personally checked in with us, asked how things were going, and made sure we had everything we needed. Beyond that thoughtful service, Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi offered a comfortable atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a convenient location. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
