I stayed for two nights and found the rooms extremely dirty. The bathroom and windows were filthy, the desk was covered in visible dirt marks, and there was a blood stain on the bed pillow. The room also had a very strong bad smell. The building feels old, worn out, and neglected from the moment you walk in. It seems no proper care or maintenance has been done. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Booking at the last minute turned out better than expected. Check-in was quick and easy, and the bathroom was very clean, with amenities including a toothbrush. I was worried beforehand that something might go wrong, but the stay was good. I'd choose nehal again if I'm nearby.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the food was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. The service made it even better. Mr Rohit and Mr Dinesh greeted us warmly, were friendly and helpful throughout, and accepted every request with a smile. I would definitely suggest this place.

The location is nice, but staying here felt like a complete waste of money. The carpets were dirty, the table was broken, and the toiletries were inadequate. They even gave us broken cups with the tea. Calling reception was useless because nobody answered. This was my first experience here and also my worst. Totally not recommended.

Being next to shops and restaurants makes the location very convenient. The food is amazing and affordable, but the non-smoking rooms are terrible. There was no hot water in the shower, and repeated requests didn't solve the problem. I later found another review saying management already knew about the issue. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
