Park Arjaan by Rotana Hotel

The quiet atmosphere, spotless room, reliable WiFi, and perfectly working AC made my stay at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan by Rotana genuinely comfortable. There were no unpleasant smells or disturbances, and both valet and regular parking were available. My booking was for a Guest Room, but the team kindly offered an upgrade and a special offer on arrival. Reception handled the check-in, payment, and key collection quickly, explaining everything clearly and answering my questions patiently. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The whole visit felt five-star. Thank you to the teams at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Rotana. I’d gladly return and recommend the hotel when visiting Abu Dhabi.

Ginger Restaurant had an impressive breakfast selection, from Indian dishes to European and other international choices, with plenty of variety each day. The food was delicious, and room service stayed efficient throughout our visit. The team regularly checked that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a polite and welcoming attitude. Special thanks to Chef Anthony, Zaki, and Sanax for their hospitality and the lovely food. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.

Our month-long stay felt like home. The residences were maintained to a high standard, and the pool, gym, and lounge space were useful when the weather allowed. The lifts were clean and quick too. Thet, our housekeeper, was meticulous, hardworking, courteous, and polite, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The location was only average because there isn’t much within walking distance outside the hotel, although taxis are always available by the Hotel Rotana entrance.

The one-bedroom apartment I was upgraded to had a lovely view and felt like a real home away from home. It was spacious, clean, well organised, beautifully designed, and supplied with everything I needed. I also enjoyed meals at Cooper’s Bar and Teatro, both of which had excellent food, atmosphere, and service. This remains my usual choice when I visit because the team is consistently welcoming. Alaa at reception made me feel especially comfortable, and Ayoube was incredibly helpful, as were the many other staff members I met. Thank you all, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
