Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas Hotel

The restaurant team made breakfast and dinner feel like meals at home. Kashika, Sneha, Jasleen, Jasmine, and Sriraj were consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. They checked on us and made sure everything was right, adding a personal touch every day. Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas is beautiful, peaceful, calm, and very well maintained. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team made the stay memorable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Jasraj

What stayed with us most at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi was how cared for we felt, especially in the café and restaurant. Branda, Claire, Zignyu, Palak, Jasleen, Said, Riky, Myat and the others greeted us warmly and treated us like we were at home. Their service was attentive, friendly, professional, and full of heart. The hotel itself was elegant, beautiful, and peaceful, but the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Every restaurant team member deserves recognition for the effort, long hours, and care they give guests. Please tip them, they work very hard and deserve the appreciation. Thank you, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. We’ll definitely return. Kind regards, Family Ökmen And Elijan ❤️

The café was a lovely place for breakfast, with plenty of choices and beautiful views. I was there with my colleague from Andaz, and the warm hospitality made the morning even better. Myat and Carolina took excellent care of us, and I’m especially grateful for their kindness.

My wedding at Park Hyatt Saadiyat on January 3, 2026, caused considerable stress because the organization and service fell far below what I expected. The bride’s room repeatedly lost power during the day, which was especially unacceptable on such an important occasion. Music was stopped at exactly 11:00 PM, although our expectations and earlier experiences with the hotel were different. We were also not given a special or private room or suite as the bride and groom. The atmosphere felt tense, and I was unable to feel relaxed or comfortable as a groom should on his wedding day. This was particularly disappointing because one of our family held a wedding there in February 2025 and received a dedicated bridal suite, music until 12:00 AM, and a calm, well-organized event. The inconsistency makes me question whether the service reflected the standards associated with Park Hyatt’s reputation. Please investigate what happened and provide a clear explanation of these shortcomings. I look forward to hearing how this complaint will be addressed. Sincerely, khalid alhammadi
