Most of the team, including the female receptionists, security staff, housekeeping, and bellboy, were professional and supportive. Unfortunately, one night-shift male receptionist behaved in a way that was completely unacceptable. I checked in with my partner in the evening and returned from dinner late at night. When I gave my ID for the minibar deposit, he addressed my partner by saying, “Lady, scan ID.” The wording was abrupt and discourteous, with none of the basic courtesy expected at a front desk. Reception staff represent the hotel, so this kind of treatment reflects badly on its hospitality standards and training. Management should address the incident and provide proper training in respectful, professional communication. Guests should be treated courteously at all times.

I’ve been here for four days and have had to remind housekeeping every single day to clean the room. I’m still waiting for them to fix the bed, and on one occasion I had to call four or five times just to get the room cleaned. For 500 AED a night, this service is far below what I’d expect, even from a three-star hotel. Housekeeping really sucks, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel on 23 January 2026 and had a very bad experience. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke, while the toilet had no door and opened directly into the room. Any smell from using it spread through the whole space, and the exhaust fan didn’t work. The bar music was extremely loud, reaching from the first floor to the fifth. Anyone travelling with children or hoping to sleep peacefully should think carefully before booking here. The duty manager that night was also disappointing. Instead of solving the problems, he raised his voice, kept changing what he said, and argued at length. He didn’t seem cooperative or able to deal respectfully with hotel guests. I will never book this hotel again.

Rizwana at reception made arrival particularly pleasant. She was very nice and kept the check-in process simple and smooth. The rest of the staff were good as well. The property is in a prime part of Abu Dhabi, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was good, but the room had several issues. It stayed cold even without the AC, and it didn’t come with a fridge, bath mat, or towel. The staff provided the things I requested, although they weren’t proactive about them. The bathroom and room both looked old. Soundproofing also seemed weak. The people in the neighboring room were arguing or shouting much of the time, which was disturbing. At under 200 AED, it would be okay.
