Rainbow Hotel Apartments

I stayed for two weeks on a business trip and felt safe and comfortable throughout. I was a little apprehensive at first because I was alone, but nobody interfered with me in the apartment complex and the management was very cordial. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and close to all the services you might need. Mr. Ali at reception was especially helpful, going out of his way to make my stay feel special.

I stayed here for more than a month because the location was convenient, but the accommodation is quite spartan. The staff, especially the cleaners, were very professional. The rooms are filled with old furniture, and both the cooking equipment and the laundry appliances are very dated. A restyling would be ideal as soon as possible, otherwise future guests may get a poor impression.

This was a very bad experience because even basic items weren’t provided. There was no water, toilet paper, disposable slippers, towel, electric kettle, or cups, even though these are necessary things. The receptionist also seemed to know nothing about customer service and acted as if he were the boss of the hotel.
