The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. They’re also very quick when something needs fixing. My shower drain blocked and flooded the whole bathroom, but the issue was resolved very quickly. The AC had been set to 17 in Feb, so the room felt like an ice box when I arrived. Breakfast was the weaker part. There looked to be many choices, but I couldn’t find much to combine into a good meal, and the sliced bread was so cheap it turned to dust in the toaster. A few more international options would be welcome. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

Remal Hotel is a peaceful and comfortable choice for anyone working near or visiting the local industries. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and modern, well-maintained amenities. The quiet surroundings also made sleeping easy. Service was excellent from check-in onward. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, and the dining experience offered high-quality food with plenty of variety. The hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a restful, luxurious stay away from the city bustle. I highly recommend Remal Hotel and look forward to returning.

Our Valentine’s evening at Remal Hotel in Al Dhannah felt wonderfully intimate. The poolside setting for our special five-course dinner was beautiful, and every detail had been thoughtfully arranged. The food was delicious and presented superbly. Mr. Gourab and his team were especially accommodating, happily handling all our special requests. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the evening. It was a memorable celebration with a loved one, and we’ll definitely visit again.

The new building was well maintained and had a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere throughout our New Year’s Eve 2026 visit. The service was excellent, and my family had a wonderful time here. I’d particularly like to recognize the help desk team and Ms.Sheets for her professionalism, attention, and support. Her assistance made our stay more comfortable and helped make welcoming the New Year memorable. Highly recommended.
