Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi

The view toward the Corniche and presidential palace was breathtaking, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept better than at any other hotel. Our room was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights with the all-inclusive package, and both the food and drinks were high quality. Access to the Hashi restaurant on the 38 floor added a wonderful culinary experience. From being welcomed by Elizabeth from reception until we left, the service was exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are clearly well hired and trained, and we loved every minute of our vacation. We will come back.

Yaovi at the lobby made a particularly strong impression. He was warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive, making our arrival and the rest of the stay much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful and well managed. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and everything felt clean and modern from beginning to end. We had an amazing stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi and would definitely return.

We booked this place at the last minute on a whim, so we arrived with no real expectations. The first communication wasn't great, although checking in in the middle of the night probably didn't help. Once we learned about the amenities, the stay became really positive. The staff were very friendly with our toddler, and although the hotel seems geared toward all-inclusive guests, our half-board arrangement never made us feel left out. The food was really good. The room was clean and tidy, and Rahul Kumar and manager Kaung deserve a shout-out. Kaung was excellent and somehow kept things manageable during our messy lives. A few pools are shaded, which is fine in high summer but could matter more in Jan. Some of the pool floors are also excessively slippery and should be improved. Those points aside, we had a very good experience.

The hotel is managed very well, and the service overall is excellent. Manuhar and Santosh from housekeeping deserve special mention because they are consistently friendly and dedicated. They always make sure I come back to a clean, comfortable room where I can properly rest after a long day. I would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend the hotel to others.
