Somaya's kindness and support made our stay even more enjoyable, so she deserves a big thank you. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service remained friendly and professional throughout. A kids' play area or more evening and night activities would be a useful addition for families with children. Apart from that suggestion, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We booked 5 rooms for our family for a weekend at Royal M Hotel, and check-in was smooth from the start. The staff were very welcoming. Before check-out, my daughter slipped in the shower and hit her head on the floor, causing bleeding. Once we alerted the hotel, the response was immediate and professional. Ms. Somaya, Mr. Rawad, and their team came quickly, gave first aid, and made sure the situation was safe and under control. Their care and fast response were especially appreciated during such a stressful moment. We highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality and customer care, and we will definitely visit again.

The peaceful restaurant was a real bonus. Even during meals, it was easy to relax and eat without excessive noise, and the food itself was delicious, fresh, very well prepared, and impressively varied. Our December visit to Royal M Hotel by Gewan Abu Dhabi lasted only one night, but the spacious pool and beautiful views showed the property's distinctive character. The suite was very large, elegantly furnished, and equipped with everything expected from a hotel of this caliber. Service was another strong point. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived. It is a luxurious hotel with a high standard of comfort, and we would happily return for a longer stay.

The good points were the internet and coverage, which were sufficient, with a mesh system and AP's in every room. Service was as it was supposed to be, excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel did not match what was being sold. The photos looked nice, but much of the property felt old. Water pressure was very low, drainage struggled, and the mattress had clearly seen better times. I paid extra for a sea view but instead faced the pool, restaurant, and canal. The window was blocked closed, did not seal well, and let barbecue smoke and noise into the room. I woke up with lower back pains, so it was not worth the money. When I tried to eat, every restaurant except the main one was closed. The main restaurant was fine for breakfast, but dinner required paying 185 AED per person for a buffet.
