Saray Hotel Apartments

After two months at Saray Deluxe Hotel Apartments, I’ve found the hotel consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The welcoming service extends from the porters all the way to management. Zeeshan, Anil, and Mr. Ansari have been especially professional and helpful, and the two ladies at reception are always friendly. The GM, Mr. Raj, clearly leads the team well, because that shows in the service throughout the hotel. Highly recommended for a stay in Abu Dhabi.

The location worked perfectly for our 18-night January and February visit to see our grandchildren, who lived only a short drive away. We could walk to the mall, coop, and Waitrose, and White, a good coffee shop, was a couple of blocks away. A local supermarket was handy for ice and milk. Our room was a good size with a compact kitchen suitable for breakfast and hot drinks. The bath and shower were fine, although hot water was somewhat limited. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym had plenty of machines and dumbbells, which was useful for a morning workout after jogging. The only real drawback was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay.

The staff are the best part of Saray Deluxe Hotel Apartments. Housekeeping did a perfect job every day, and reception handled every question and request with impressive support, making us feel welcome and heard. The rooms are large and equipped with what we needed, including a small but efficient kitchen. The hotel is fairly close to the airport and has parking available. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

I stayed in this Khalifa City hotel for almost a month on business. The rooms are good and include a kitchen, but there’s no washing machine. Construction sometimes caused outside noise. Getting around takes planning. There isn’t a nearby bus stop with a direct connection to the city, although K2 can take you to the nearest stop, and taxis need to be booked at least 15 minutes ahead. Safa supermarket is about a five-minute walk away, while Lulu is roughly 30 minutes on foot. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, only an attached café, and its menu doesn’t include Indian options.
