Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort

The events team played a major part in making our institutional Iftar at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort such a success. Their support was close and consistent from the initial planning right through to the event itself. Our guests were impressed by the elegant ballroom setup and the careful attention to detail. The food was delicious, attractively presented, and served smoothly all evening. Supervisors, coordinators, and support staff were courteous, attentive, and highly organized, so everything ran without a hitch. This is a venue we would strongly recommend for important corporate or institutional events. We’re already looking forward to working with Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort again.

Dinner was the standout part of my stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Corniche, with tasty, nicely presented food in a setting that felt comfortable as well as elegant. The service made the meal even better. Aung and Shiva were especially impressive. They were friendly, professional, and very attentive to the small details, always making sure everything was right. I felt genuinely looked after because of them. The hotel itself is warm, inviting, and well maintained, so it’s an easy place to unwind whether you’re there for work or a holiday.

The service and food at this hotel were excellent, and we had a lovely stay. Celina was especially friendly and attentive from the moment we checked in. She even escorted us through the elevator and greeted us whenever she saw us. We’d honestly come back just for her. Five stars ❤️❤️❤️

The executive lounge was the strongest part of the hotel for me. The snacks and alcohol were plentiful during evening cocktail hours, even during Ramadan, and the beds were comfortable with a nice shower as well. Nishadi and Karen were very good, but Suci was outstanding. She was friendly, helpful, and constantly attentive. On our last day, when she wasn’t working in the lounge, the service speed and staff availability dropped noticeably. Suci really deserves a managerial title there because she’s the person who makes the lounge run smoothly. The rest of the stay was much more uneven. Breakfast was chaotic, and the suite felt clinical and poorly arranged despite having plenty of space. There also weren’t enough sunbeds, so unless one was reserved by 10.30am, the alternative was the poor man-made “beach”. We found bugs in the bed on the second day. The bedding was changed and the room fumigated at midnight, but nobody apologized or checked whether the problem had returned. Staff were also extremely unhelpful and showed no empathy while we were dealing with an emergency back home on the first day of our week-long stay. The executive lounge itself was oddly positioned, almost like sitting in a corridor, while three huge smoking rooms nearby were barely used and seemed much better suited to the purpose.
