Silkhaus | Ajwan Towers

Al Saadiyat island has a peaceful atmosphere, and this tower residence fits nicely into it. The architecture is beautiful to look at, while Mamsha beach and the relaxed food joints add to the experience. It’s a wonderful place to spend time, especially with such a serene beach nearby.

We’ve been living here as a family of three for the past three months, and our experience has been great despite what some of the earlier reviews suggested. The unit is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and the kids especially enjoyed the Halloween event. Maintenance has been very helpful with the minor issues that came up during move-in. The access to Mamsha beach and the view are the biggest highlights. One practical warning, lock all patio doors while you’re away so humidity doesn’t get in, and expect to use multiple dehumidifiers to keep the high humidity under control. That’s typical for beachfront living.

Mamsha is beautiful, and soul beach was very nice. It’s a very prestigious place to stay when visiting Abu Dhabi.

I visited after viewing an apartment here because I wanted to walk around and get familiar with the area. Since I’m not a resident yet, I couldn’t park inside the building, but the receptionist kindly directed me to visitor parking in the building across the street or to a nearby outdoor lot, both very convenient. The apartment I saw was cozy and quite nice, and the area was generally quiet. I didn’t hear people or cars during the viewing. Outside the building there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essentials. Talabat and Deliveroo showed plenty of restaurants that deliver, and farther along the road there are more restaurants and cafes, all with outdoor seating and nice views. Even when I visited, they were full, so people clearly seem happy there. My only concern is the location in Saadiyat and how it might affect my commute. Even so, Ajwan is a potential place for me, with good apartments, a good area, and good people.
