After 3y of living here, this year has become hell. The front-facing and side apartments are constantly disturbed by music from Yas Bay, the party boats in Al bandar marina, the jet ski's, and the races in Yas. This used to be an amazing place to live, but I'm now breaking a very expensive lease to leave and nobody wants to help. The building managers cannot do anything, the owners association cannot do anything, and the police cannot do anything. Stay away from here.
