The Abu Dhabi EDITION managed to feel like home while still offering modern, elegant 5 star service. I stayed in one of the long-term apartments with my young kids for almost two weeks over Christmas and New Year, and we had a great time. Having a full kitchen, separate living and dining spaces, and a washer dryer gave us plenty of flexibility. We could cook, order room service, or eat at the hotel restaurants, and being able to wash clothes during a longer family stay was especially useful. The rooms were modern and very clean, and every staff member was friendly. Breakfast was one of my favorite hotel breakfasts in UAE. Most of the food is ordered from an al a carte menu instead of taken from a buffet, which I prefer because hotel buffets can start feeling unhygienic later in the morning when lots of people have touched the food. Whenever something came up, staff paid attention and did their best to fix it. We had a very positive stay, highly recommend it, and will absolutely come back.

The housekeeping team made this stay especially memorable. The room was impeccably clean, and they arranged our belongings so thoughtfully that it felt personal and respectful. It was honestly the best housekeeping experience we’ve had in a hotel. Reception and concierge were just as welcoming and helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, and even sent me ginger tea after learning that I wasn’t feeling well. Breakfast was another standout, with the à la carte service available until 4:00 PM and excellent quality. After our court wedding, Koshin, Karanina, and Praveen made our first dinner together incredibly special. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely celebrated. Thank you to the whole EDITION Abu Dhabi team for making our stay amazing. We’ll be back and will recommend the hotel to everyone we know.

Alba Terrace at The Abu Dhabi EDITION was a lovely choice for our daughter’s birthday and wedding anniversary. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented, while the elegant, warm setting suited the celebration perfectly. Savita and Revika deserve special thanks. They were kind, professional, and attentive all evening, going out of their way to make the occasion feel special. Their thoughtful service and warm smiles made the night unforgettable. We’d happily return for the food, atmosphere, and wonderful service in Abu Dhabi.

Our 3-night visit was memorable mainly because of the service. Kondwani made check-in easy and welcoming, while Michelle Roshan from Room Service was cheerful, always smiling, and brought great energy. Callum also looked after us wonderfully at breakfast and helped us start each day well. The room was kept beautiful throughout, so please pass our thanks to the housekeeping team too. Everyone made us feel well cared for, and we look forward to returning.

The service and kindness here are on another level. Every staff member was lovely and helpful, and they seemed willing to do everything for us. The food at Alba restaurant was amazing, and special thanks go to the people there, the chef, and the reception team. Our room was spotless and very good, with a perfect turndown service aswell. This is one of my fav hotels, so we’ll be back soon.
