The rooms were neat and spacious, and the staff's warmth made the stay comfortable. Renovation work was ongoing, and the food menu changed very little from day to day. Still, the team was accommodating and packed lunch for me every day. Special thanks to Chinnu at the reception for being extremely kind, patient, and supportive, and to Blessy, Sunila, and Sudarshan for helping with the food arrangements.

Polybelle Event organized such a beautiful birthday celebration for my daughter. Everything was arranged so well, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome while keeping the whole occasion running smoothly. It was a fantastic experience for a special day, and they made her birthday feel truly special. Highly recommended.

My room, 1606, at Grand Continental Hotel Abu Dhabi stayed clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout my solo trip. The steward and housekeeping team provided excellent service, and everyone I dealt with was polite, helpful, and professional. It made for a very comfortable stay.

The service at Al Shalila Ballroom was good, and we were treated very professionally during my son’s birthday celebration. The food was great too. Before the event, sir Ronel was very accommodating, answered all my questions, and tried to make my special requests possible. Thank you for making the experience so memorable, keep up the good work and more power!!

Our overnight stay and our son’s 1st birthday celebration both went really well at Grand Continental Hotel. Al Shalila Banquet Hall was a lovely setting, and the food was delicious. The room was comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. Mr. Ronel was accommodating from our first inquiry right through checkout, while the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We’d highly recommend this place for events and staycations! 💖🎉
